1990

-          Troop 90 founded, sponsored by First United Methodist Church of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in the Choctaw District of the Black Warrior Council, BSA.

-          Dennis Harkey is the First Scoutmaster.  The first campout was at Camp Horne with 5 scouts.

1991

-          Troop 90 recharters with 18 youth and 5 adults, Dennis Harkey is SM

-          June – Troop attends Summer Camp at Camp Horne stayed in Cherokee Campsite (patch)

-          SPL’s – Steve Wilson

1992

-          Troop 90 recharters with Dennis Harkey as SM

-          June – Troop attends Summer Camp at Camp Horne stayed in Hopi Campsite (patch)

-          Campouts this year include: Payne Lake, Oak Mt., North River, Lake Lurleen, Camp O’Rear, and Mound State Park

-          EAGLE - Steve Wilson is Troop 90’s 1st Eagle Scout his project involved clean up and improvements to a Tuscaloosa Halfway House.

1993

-          Troop 90 recharters Robert Wilson becomes the 2nd Scoutmaster

-          Dennis Harkey becomes the Council Commissioner for the Black Warrior Council

-          EAGLE - Alex Neville, receives his Eagle for a  project built storage building for the Genesis Project (Methodist group)

1994

-          Troop 90 recharters with Russell Baty becomes the 3rd Scoutmaster

-          Troop earned Quality Unit Award for 1994

-          EAGLE - Jeff Dockery receives his Eagle for his project he constructed a nature trail at Mound State Park

-          Dennis Harkey receives the Silver Beaver

1995

-          Troop 90 recharters on it’s 5th Anniversary with 9 youth and 7 adults, Walter Kruger is becomes the 4th Scoutmaster

-          October 20 – 22 – Troop attends Camporee at Mound State Park (patch)

-          Troop earned Quality Unit Award for 1995

1996

-          Troop 90 recharters with 12 youth and 7 adults, Scott Shurett becomes the 5th Scoutmaster

-          September 27 - 28 - Troop camps Deerlick Creek Council Encampment (patch)

-          November 1 - 2 –Troop Camps Desoto State Park and Hikes Scout Trail at Camp Comer and hikes to base of Desoto Falls

-          November 16 - Troop participates in Scouting for Food (patch)

-          December – Troop camps at Camp Horne

-          Troop earned Quality Unit and Roundup Awards for 1996

1997

-          Troop 90 recharters with 17 youth and 7 adults, Scott Shurett is SM

-          March 7 - 8- Troop camps at Camp Horne

-          April – Troop camps and hikes Shiloh TN (patch)

-          June - Summer Camp-at Camp Comer, Mentone, AL

-          August- Scout cookout and swim party at Jay Masingill’s House, Lake Tuscaloosa

-          October-Troop canoes Cahaba River and camps on the river

-          November- Troop Camps at Donnie Scotts House, Lake Tuscaloosa

1998

-          Troop 90 recharters with Scott Shurett as SM

-          January 9 - 10 -Troop camps

-          February 20 – 22 - Troop visits Mobile stays in Magill- Toulin Gym visits USS Alabama & a Naval ship in port and attends Mardi Gras parade (patch)

-          March- Troop camps at Partlow camp off Mt. Olive Road

-          April- Troop does an orienteering course at Donnie Scott’s hunting camp near Knoxville, AL

-          May- Troop camps at Jim Herndon’s catfish farm at Boligee, AL

-          June - Summer Camp- Camp Skymont, Altamont, TN (patch)

-          September- Troop camps at Moundville at Council Encampment (patch)

-          October 23 & 24- Troop camps

-          November 13 & 14 – Troop camps and hikes Chickamauga, GA (patch)

-          December- Troop participates in Scouting for Food (patch)

-          SPL- John Masingill, IV

1999

-          Troop 90 recharters with 27 youth and 10 adults, Scott Shurett is SM

-          January - Troop camps at Donnie Scotts House, Lake Tuscaloosa

-          March - Troop participates in Merit Badge College, Stillman College

-          March - Troop participates in Council Encampment at Tuscaloosa Airport. Troop learns about aviation and has opportunity to go up in a plane. (patch)

-          May 20 – Court of Honor

-          May 30 – 31 – Camp out on Lake Tuscaloosa

-          June 27 – July 3 – Older Scouts attended Summer Camp at Skymont in Chattanooga TN, stayed in Lonesome Hollow Campsite and earned Honor Troop, (patch), Younger Scouts attended Summer Camp at Camp Horne and earned Honor Troop (patch)

-          July 5 – 8 – JLT Training Camp Horne

-          August 20 – 22 – Whitewater camping trip to Ocoee & Hiwassee stayed at High Country

-          August 31 – Court of Honor

-          September 17 – 19 – Troop camps at Lake Lurleen State Park, Pack 90 Webelos visit

-          October 15 – 17 - Troop camps and hikes Vicksburg, MS, hike 14 and 7 mile trails (patch), (patch)

-          November 20 – 21 – Troop camps at Donnie Scott’s House

-          December – Troop camps at Camp Horne

-          Troop earned Quality Unit and National Camping Awards for 1999

-          EAGLES - Warren (Mac) Gregory receives his Eagle– Made school safety and handicap parking improvements at Warrior Academy (Eutaw, AL) including painting crosswalk and handicap parking spaces. Also gave traffic safety instruction to students concerning the improvements; John Masingill, IV receives his Eagle - He did a landscaping project for a Habitat for Humanity house; Miles Shurett, receives his Eagle - He did a landscaping project for a Habitat for Humanity house.

-          Mark Ricketts receives the Choctaw District Award of Merit
